Our Handcrafted Promise: Returns & Exchanges
At Select by FAs, every item is handcrafted with heart and selected for its quality. I want you to be absolutely delighted with your new keepsake. However, I understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit for your home.
Because I am a small, artisan-run business, I have established the following guidelines to ensure I can continue creating high-quality goods for everyone:
The Details

30-Day Window: If you aren’t head-over-heels for your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Beauty & Hygiene: For health and hygiene reasons, all hair accessories (including scrunchies and headbands) are final sale and cannot be returned. I appreciate your understanding in helping me keep all my customers safe!

Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
If you need to send something back, please reach out to me at SelectbyFAs@gmail.com. Include your order number and a brief note about why the item didn't work out. I’ll personally guide you through the next steps!
